SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Standard shipments are free to Spain-Peninsula
As a general rule, packages are They are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through different courier companies such as UPS, MRW or Correos Express (among many others) with tracking number and delivery without signature.
Whatever Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.
We advise you to group all your items in the same order. If you order more than one product from different brands, the products will arrive in different packages and/or with different courier companies. Don't worry, it's completely normal. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected. It is possible that when placing an order from an international brand you will have to pay customs expenses.
To meet the deadlines established due to the conditions of the courier companies: Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. counted as orders placed the next day. Orders placed on Friday or weekend are counted as placed on Monday.
Types of shipments available:
• Free shipments to the peninsula: the shipment is made in the following 5 to 15 working days for products in stock. This will also depend on the logistics and the demand for it.
• International shipments: It depends on the country to which the shipment must be made, the shipping days and its cost will depend.
• ** Shipments of products on national order:De 15 – 25 working days. They are products that are made to order and made at the time of ordering. They are made in Spain. If you have any questions about this type of shipment, you can write to us at email@example.com
• **Shipping products under international orders:From 45 – 60 working days. They are products that are made to order and made at the time of ordering. They are products that are made outside of Spain, therefore, the exact shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, if any. * Holidays *: In holiday seasons such as summer, Christmas, Easter..., our ateliers may have days off , so orders may suffer delays in their shipments and/or productions and the established delivery times will not be taken into account when ordering
Not all our brands offer express shipping, but yes If you wish, you can contact us through email@example.com, by phone +34 91 467 30 24 or WhatsApp: +34 686 07 99 00 and we can confirm if this possibility exists.
In the case of not being at home, the package will be left at the nearest collection center. If the package is rejected by the buyer, the management and shipping costs are borne by the buyer and this amount to be paid will be deducted.
Customs charges will always be borne by the recipient. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping charges. In case of rejection of the package by the recipient, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.
We are working so that customs expenses are not charged to our clients, but due to Brexit the brands shown below may incur customs charges:

Customers have a withdrawal period of between 3 and 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, within which they can revoke the purchase and the company will refund the amount paid. If you wish to make a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number, the reason for the change or return and the day you received it. Since you receive the order at your address you have 14 calendar days to make the shipment.
All changes and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently offer two types of returns:
1. Collection from INVITADISIMA
For informational purposes and unless the particular conditions of sale or contracting provide for a different cost due to the particularity of the product to be returned, the transport costs of the return, in the case of Using the INVITADISIMA refund system, they are currently €6.95 for the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands and €12 for the Canary Islands and Portugal. At the moment we do not have this service for other locations.
To contract this service you must:
- Have a printer to print the label that will be provided in your email.
- Comply with all the conditions specified in this section to return a product or exchange it for another.
- Contact email@example.com to request it.
- Indicate a collection time between at least two hours (eg: 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.)
- The amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- If you have made the payment through Aplazame, you must pay the amount (€12 if it is to Portugal or €6.95 if it is to the Peninsula) by bank transfer (ES2901826711750201618025) or PayPal . Thus, the full amount of the returned product will be refunded
2. Shipping paid by the customer
To proceed with the return of your product, you must send it by the courier of your choice, assuming the costs of the same and provide us with the tracking number to see the status of the package.
Until the package/s are not in our hands, at all times the customer is responsible for the package.
To effectively carry out the right of withdrawal/return, it will be necessary:
• Come in its original packaging: box, bags, labels.
• Not come with stains.
•Not come used or damaged.
• With product labels in perfect condition
• No scent of perfume or deodorant.
• In the case of earrings or accessories, none of the packaging may be opened or tampered with and their stickers and protections must be in place. Returns will not be accepted if they have been removed and glued back on.
• Comply with all the specifications in this section.
- In articles made to order, on request or to measure, returns are not allowed as they have been made specifically for the client. This is why there is no withdrawal option as specified in art. 103 of the Consumer Law: there is no right of withdrawal in personalized or made-to-measure purchases.
- Once a product is made to order or made to measure, you have one hour to make changes or modifications to your order. Once this time has elapsed, the order will be delivered to the workshop for cutting and it is impossible for us to make changes or cancellations.
- If you make a change in size, the return periods are counted from the day you receive your order . In the case of return of a change of size, the cost of the second shipment will be deducted with its collection: €12.
- In the event that a jewelry or accessory product is received defective, it will proceed to the replacement of the product, for an equal one. In the case of poor handling by the customer, INVITADISIMA is not responsible for it and the return will not be accepted.
- In all cases, returns are paid by the customer, and must be certified, as that the items purchased will always be the responsibility of the customer, until the arrival of your warehouse. Please remember that they must always be sent with their original packaging.
- Returns will be made directly to the brands, and these may not be located in Spanish territory.
- The maximum term of reimbursement exercised by INVITADISIMA, is a maximum of 14 days from when the client is approved the right of withdrawal.
- At no time will the refund be made if the order has not arrived at our warehouses or has not been verified that it is in optimal conditions and that it has not been used or manipulated.
- Check with your bank to know the return periods of your entity.
- We take photos with flash, so that the color of the products may vary slightly from that of the photographs and also between some photographs and others.
Returns of products made to order, made to measure or on request are not accepted.
You will find this specification in the sheets of each product. The brands that offer this service are: Jeorjett, Pollardi Fashion Group, Emabride, Silviamo, Oksana Mukha, Lanesta, Ricca Sposa, P&Roses, Lauren Lynn London, Nuribel (except in cases where it is not indicated that they are on request), Ariamo, Lupe Ramos, Matter Atelier do not have stock. All its products are made to order and are produced exclusively for the customer as specified in the product sheets once they make the purchase on our website. This is why there is no dissent option according to art. 103 of the Consumer Law there is no right of withdrawal in custom or personalized purchases. The manufacturing times can vary from 14 days to 45 working days, then shipping times would have to be added. Being ateliers located in Europe and Eastern Europe such as Russia, Ukraine or Poland among others, their shipping times may be longer than usual due to customs retention and distance. INVITADISIMA is not responsible for the times in these shipments and the delays in them since it depends on the courier companies and customs institutions. Express Shipments are made once the customs formalities have passed.
EXCEPTIONS: exchange and/or return of products that are made to order, commissioned or custom-made is allowed in the case of products with product defects.
